Terms of Service

I am still recovering from an injury to my hand so all art will take time to be finished, and will NOT EVER be rushed to finish it quicker.
I have the right to refuse a commission order for any reason at any time.
Gentle reminders are fine. Constant reminders are not, and may result into me refunding your commission due to stress.
I require you provide a clear image of your character with accurate colours.
Please use the appropriate form for your commission if it is not able to be worked with I will refuse to do your commission.
I do not work off by text, unless the character is really basic(ex. black wolf with white toes and tail tip).
I accept both paypal and points!
Payment goes after I sketch your picture and wait for your approval/necessary modifications. If the total price exceeds bigger sums, I can do half before and half after I finish the picture.
Refunds will only be issued if:
- I am not able to complete your commission.
- You are going through an emergency and require the money to go for it (ex. vet bill, getting evicted etc.)
Changes accepted on final pics as long as it is an error on my side. (ex. I forgot a marking or an accessory or a feature, be it little or not). I may also accept changes that are not my fault if they're not too big/time consuming. If they are, I'll request a fee to fix it.
Prices are subject of change. The eventual price changes will not affect anyone whose commission was accepted/being worked on!

You, the commissioner, are allowed to use the artwork in any personal way you desire(it includes reuploading into your account's gallery, using as icon, cropping, resizing etc.) as long as proper credit is given, for example post my icon as a tag not a text tag! Also please do not alter the watermark.
If the commissioner ordered a piece as a gift for someone/someone else's character(s) are included in the commissioned piece, the owner(s) of the character(s) will get the same permissions as the commissioners(up there) under the same condition: credit must be given.
I own the copyright of the material I produce. In other words, you may not use the artwork I create commercially, even if you own the character(s) depicted. When I get commissioned, it's for the work/hours I put into your piece. Using my art commercially includes selling it, making posters of it and sell it, modify for profit etc.

Wait for my reply on whether I accept or reject your commission order.
I will send a sketch for you to approve or deny/specify the necessary changes.
As soon as you approve the sketch, I require the payment, otherwise your commission will not be continued.
